I live in a cul-de-sac. Anyway two of my neighbours (one a hedge and the other conifer). They are now growing and nearing the bedroom of their houses. Is there a law that says you can only grow a certain height or they can do what they like as it is on their property. tia

speaking as a non-lawyer I thought there was legisaltion about cypressia which are the fastest growing
but it looks as tho there isnt

Council or privately owned, I think it depends on the local council and charters that may be in place for this particular development.
