I've been talking to this guy for three years am just recent started seeing him an he's now just told me that he wants to be with me but he might be getting charged with Statutory Rape an I'm getting my self all worried thinking I might see him again.

The thing is it complicated
He's 19 and when he was 13 he an this girl got up to things an she's only just is trying to get him done for rape an she did consent so I don't understand why she's doing it now he's been going through this for 2 years now
The only logic thing is both family's had an argument now this had happened I don't think it's right to do that

It is impossible to answer your question about sentencing because many factors are taken in to account.
The police have a duty to investigate this claim and pass all the evidence to the CPS. The CPS have to decide if there is sufficient evidence to secure a conviction AND if it is in the public interest to take it to court.
