If a transgender person (male to female or female to male) were to receive a custodial sentence would they be sent to a prison appropiate to their birth sex or a prison appropiate to their changed sex (male or female prison)?
Thanks.

lol DTC,
I take it that FtM is female to male??? Go on then, spill the beans. How does that work? Had a conversation not so long ago with a couple of mates about this. Wondered how a female to male would come about? Would a female be able to possess a 'working' penis etc. (suppers gone in the bin now...)
in short, no, a rebuild including outside stiffeners, shall we put it that way and not capable of emitting, unless there's a little squeezy sac involved.

It's a very serious subject, nailit, for those concerned and their families/friends - however, one easily picked at by those cynics/so-called humourists - inc some on here - it's actually amazing that they haven't showed up - yet.
