Both my paternal grandparents were born, in what is now Northern Ireland.

Does anybody know for sure if that would entitle me to apply for Irish citizenship, and consequently an Irish passport ?

This reminds me of a joke that Jeremy Hardy cracked a couple of weeks ago, on the News Quiz.

This woman Member of the Irish Olympic Swimming Team went to her Doctor :

" I'm a bit worried Doctor, about these steroids that I have been taking, because I think I am growing a penis "

Doctor " Steroids you say....anabolic ?"

"No Doctor, just a penis"
