Court Forms
Wasn't sure to put this in law or how it works but here goes anyway.
I have downloaded N316 and EX 140 but when the PDF converts to word the forms go astray and are a bit muddled up.
Is there anything I can do to make them right again or do I have to print them off, fill them in and then scan them?
Thanks

If it's the one built into your web browser (such as when you open a PDF in Firefox) then the filling of forms won't be supported. Some other PDF readers, such as the (otherwise wonderful) SumatraPDF, also don't support forms.
Firstly, ensure that you've got a PDF reader which supports forms on your computer. Much as I dislike the program (because it's cumbersome and often slow to load) Adobe Acrobat Reader is the obvious choice (because Adobe invented the PDF format and it's their software which the people at HMCTS expect you to be using):
https:/ /get.ad obe.com /uk/rea der/
(NB: If you've not already got the program on your computer, so that you need to download and install it, DESELECT the 'optional offers' before doing so!)
Then RIGHT-click this link
http:// formfin der.hmc tsformf inder.j ustice. gov.uk/ n316-en g.pdf
and select 'Save Link As' (or similar, depending upon your browser).
Save the file to a convenient location on your computer (such as your 'Documents' folder) and then open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader. You'll then find that you can fill in the fields on the form.

I managed to fill out the form. Saved it and when I opened it, it was just the blank form.
EX140 no problem N316 a blugger of a form that doesn't like me so in the end I filled it out as best I could, printed it off, finished filling it in and then scanned it.
Now all I have to do is find out how much this is going to cost lol
