Judicial Precedent
Hi, I was wondering if any one could explain to me how the case of Donoghue v Stevenson is a binding precedent and a persuasive precedent.

which is about judicial precedent
depending on the wording of the question - I mean basically the question is to sum up your recent lectures - you may need to discuss binding in terms of the H of L - HL cases need not bind HL cases
I wouldnt say it is persuasive
something like Thabo Meli would be persuasive ( privy council )

the idea of a law essay at this level is not to post it on answerbank and c/p the answers
but to do what I have done which is look up a few cases and discuss them.....
