Exchange Of Contracts

I have been given a date for completion but contracts have not been exchanged yet. As the house I am selling has tenants in common ie myself and 2 daughters( due to their late dads will) I have been told that we all have to sign the contract, we have already signed the transfer of land registry. Because my daughters do not live with me and are in fact in two different counties I am worried that this will take more time and go past the completion date I have been given. Any advice on this would be appreciated.

yes this is the case
your lawyer will have told you to circulate the contract, and sign and not date as that is something they will do
and you know it is worth the money ( house sale price ) to get it done ....

- and yes - my brother ( fourth signer) did on the day of completion !
