Yes I think you're right, Jim. The hurdle for conviction is very high and it would be useful to have "We know you did it but there isn't quite enough evidence to send you down" :-)

Surely most 'not guilty' verdicts where there is only two options, are going to be, 'unconvinced either way' verdicts really.

yes,i had a letter on wed but have rung them and they have excused me on medical grounds thank god.
