Summons Incorrect Date

I have a summons issued by my local council which I intend to fully dispute with evidence next week

However the day stated for the court appearance and the the actual date do not match.

Can I request another summons be issued with the day and date matching or do I simply turn up on both dates knowing that at least one of the days will be correct.

How else have you been informed of the date other than by way of the summons? How do you know the "actual" date?

Depending on what the matter is, if you intend disputing it there is little chance of it being resolved on the day.
