replacement floor after waterpipe burst,builders doing work had me pick dark grey slate from howdens but its is all sorts a grey and i hate it had pressure put on me to accept it verbally it has upset meis there anything i can do.

Hi, so you never actually saw the tile before it was installed?
I am not sure what comeback you have - you agreed to the tile.
When you say you were pressured - what happened?

saw tile when delivered first one in pack was dark grey never checked hole pack so thought they were all the same, the men installed some and i said not what i ordered builders said they could not take them up and i had to live with it ,,tile in brochure was dark grey

worth asking Howdens.... but the box may say that colours may vary or something like that.. but it might be faulty batch??
