Police Took Car But Not Told Me

Can another named driver get it back

They took it while it was parked up with no one inside after thinking it has been used for anti social behaviour causing alarm or distress but there is 3 people on the insurance they seized it yesterday I think I am wanted for dangerous driving or criminal damage if my partner calls them to say the motor is missing (not stolen) will they release it without arrest of the owner

How do you know the police seized it? Have you had the notice from them?

as far as I know, one of the named keepers rings up and says they wish to get the van back - after they have paid all the charges. and then they sort of get in it and drive it away
