Police Have Taken My Van For Antisocial Behaviour

My motor was parked up with no one inside the police have taken it I am currently wanted but my partner is insured on the veichel with a key if she calls them will they let her pick the van up if they have still not caught up with the owner what rights do we have or what way do we go about contacting them without the owner being involved

Was it parked up with no one inside because the driver had run off after using it in an anti-social way?

I've already given the link showing how your partner can collect the car if you have been given notice to collect it
