Some years ago my husband and I set up an Enduring Power of Attorney.

With each other acting for each other plus 2 other persons, for when  either of us be left.

Since that time my husband has passed away and 1 of our other representatives is very poorly themselves so totally unable to fulfill the role anyway.

I'm aware it can be gone on the .gov web site.

Does anyone onow if i can just go ahead and start again again? Please.
