what is the word or saying, that if you get sacked for a reason and others still in your workforce are same,

for example

10 of you work in an office, you and two others are overweight, but you lose your job because of being overweight whilst the other two keep their jobs

i'm not sure discrimination is the word for it,

Its victimisation if you complain about being treated differently for being overweight and then later you are dismissed for some other reason but you feel its linked to your complaint

Discrimination is when you treated differently only because you are fat and you feel that thin people are treated more favourably
