Back in febuary i went into cpw to get a new phone,I told them the offer i wanted and everything was fine. Well atleast till i got home that is.When i checked the contract ,they had put me on the wrong price plan. Also the contract length was wrong

I asked for the offer that was on at the time on a 18month deal, However on the contract it stated the standard duration of the contract is 12months unless the above boxes with 18 and 24 had a tick in either box. Now none of these boxes had a tick in them so am i to understand am in a 12 month agreement due to them making an error or am i on the 18month deal i asked for in the first place...?.

I Called vf to see about an upgrade they said am in a 18month contract, However my contract which i signed dosent state this.I also got a receipt from cpw and even on that it says minimum agreement is 12months.

Where do i stand...?, If so how do i go about correctng this error?

Done that,They say its a contractual issue and needs to be delt with by there legal team.Seems to me likethe store are only interested in getting the sale
of course that's all there interested in,

I bought a phone on contract and everything i asked about the phone he said it had. I got it home and it didn't do half the things he had said, and if the things it did do came at extra cost, i reported it to the ombudsman and came to an agreement with orange to cancel the contract..a lot of bother though just for some greedy salesman..

If the did'nt make money, then they wouldn't all jump on you the second you look at a phone. no one is that helpful and a basic wage!
