Ex will co-operate and it is a mortgage, as our house is shared ownership so we have rent and mortgage I was thinking of offering him 5000 for the house and the house is under Milton Keynes Council and we purchased it in 2000. (I think thats all the answers to what you put I'm not very good with these things)
Hi Mummy,

You need to see your solicitor.but assuming that there are no complications, and your ex gives his consent, the cost of re-registering the title in your name should only be a few hundred pounds.

TC
Law Student correct.
HM Land Registry will be 40.
As Shared Ownership, you will also need consent from landlord. See a solicitor.
