divorce fees?
Is there a fee to get divorced? No property,no children,two year seperation. Does it make a difference who petitions as to what fees are paid i.e. does one party pay more or is the cost shared?

Both of these fees are quite small and, depending upon your circumstances, you might not have to pay them. (Whoever submits the application to the court has to make the payments).
