do i pay?
my wife & i have spilt up, i am round my mum & dads, she is still living at home, with are 2 childred (21 & 17) (yes still at home i know) My question is do i have to pay from anything still? i know the morgage has to be paid, what about gas, elect. etc..

I mean, it isn't as if they are young kids are they.
If the mortgage is in both names, you and your wife are both liable. I believe that gas and electric liabilities depend on whose name is on the bill.
When my son left his wife and daughter (who was 20) he was still expected to pay all the bills, as he had originally been paying. His wife was not working.
