The opposition junior and senior are arguing that it was not breach of the peace and the guy should be allowed to appeal. Myself and my partner are arguing that it was breach of the peace and the guy should not get an appeal. I, however, am fighting the losing argument, as there is more than one case which backs up the fact that the person has not commited breach of the peace. I need to know what kind of cases i need to use and legislation, becasuse i have so far, found none that seem relevant!
Any help you can give me would be helpful, this is my first moot exercise. Thank you!

Ok I have found the case, and just to let you know, have access to lexis nexis and westlaw online. My problem is what angle to take in terms of how to argue my point, which I 1) dont believe to be true, and 2) know the other team is going to rip to shreads. I know the aim is not to win the legal debate, but to have the best argument and presentetion of your cases etc. But Im finding this really difficult.
