Access to my property from an ex-partner

My partner recently denied my access to the home I was living in with her for the past 2 years.

She took my keys.

All of my possesions are in the house - all of which I have purchased and therefore are legally mine.

Can anyone give me some idea what I have to do in order to gain access and reclaim what is rightfully mine ?

We were not married.
