Right of entry to my home to change meter
3 Answers
I recently had a dispute with NPower concerning a meter reading. One of their sub-contractors arrived unannounced at my home and gained access via my 12 year-old who was the only person in the house. I have complained about this because a) the meter has now been scrapped before being tested and b) I am not happy about someone gaining entry with inly my 12 year old in the house. What is the legal position ?
