Under Scottish law- as a houseowner observing ilegal activity fro my window- would I be breaking any law by filming or photgraphing persons involved outside?

I honestly don't know. There could be the invasion of privacy matter but then again, that hasn't stopped the countless number of CCTV camera's being installed everywhere.
