Perjury?

I posed a question a while ago about lying on a legal document. I now have a land registry tribunal hearing date for next year. My ex's solicitor has written to me to say that she is now in the process of getting this signature analysed and will be passing the information to the adjudicator once received. I know you all said before that I should confess, but im petrified. Could I be done for perjury? She will then go after me for costs and I now have no money left. Will the adjudicator take head of an analysis report on my signature before the hearing or will it have to wait until the hearing date? As the hearing is not until next year (May) Im hoping she will get fed up (as I know she wants to sell the house) and just give me some money so we then dont have to bother with the land registry anymore.

I can understand how frightened you are, but you must stop this now.

You will be found out, and living in dread like this is no good for your health or peace of mind.

Have courage and make that phone call now. It is highly unlikely you will be prosecuted for perjury - stop it now, get the house sold and move on.
thanks ethel but its her who selling the house as its in her name i moved out 2.5 years ago when i sold it her

anyway, if she has been persuing it for 2.5 years its hardly likely she'll give up now the end is in sight!
You'll have to admit it.
Ethel is right you must stop this now, the longer it goes on the worse it will ultimately be for you. It is unlikely that you would be charged with perjury. There might be other offences that you have fallen foul of but your biggest problem is the one you face right now
i would admit it, incase its told in court, it wont look very good, if u admit it then at least you can defend yourself, they will give u credit for that, i doubt u can get dun for it, because its not the date of the court case
