a friend of mine got arrested for drink driving and is also being charged for dangerous driving. is this correct and should he be getting charged on two seperate charges instead of just drink driving?

He can be charged with as many offences the CPS like
i.e. excess alcohol, dangerous driving, no insurancee, no MOT, driving otherwise in accordance with licence etc etc
Have seen over 10 charges relating to one offence
Send him down......!!!
another one for me and panic button, get the noose mate.
thier are 1000 empty places , at prisons currently, however, they are really flats in knightsbridge, with wardens , ready to house suspects of terror........ he wont get jailed, community service maybe............ unless he was driving while disqualified,as well as being drunk/d .......
if he was a threat to the public and willingly drove after knowing he was over the limit they can charge him with anything that they feel nessicary..
did he hit anyone?/cars
was he driving dangerously on the road?
did he risk anyones life e.g. driving them home/ driving at excess speed is also another issue
