I stole goods from a shop and the police catch me and send me to the police station to take my name and etc. and they don't send me to the court, that was the first time and never ever I did again. I would like to know if I got criminal records if I apply for another job and they ask for criminal records

When you say "send me to the police station to take my name & etc" , what do you mean?
Were you arrested? Were you interviewed under caution? Did you receive a Police caution? You'll have to be more specific before you can receive an answer.

If you weren't taken to court (and you didn't have to pay a fine under a fixed penalty scheme), you have not been convicted of a crime. So you can answer 'No' to any question referring to 'convictions' or a 'criminal record'.

Your only problems might come if you apply for employment working with, or alongside, children or vulnerable adults. Under such circumstances, an employer can insist upon a check with the Criminal Records Bureau. A 'standard' check would show any formal police caution. An 'enhanced' check might show your brush with the law, even if you weren't formally cautioned.

However, most employers can't make CRB checks and, as stated, you haven't got a criminal record anyway.

were you photographed, dna, and finger printed, if you were then yiu may have been cautioned, in which case those details , regarding your arrest will always be held....
