For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Section 20 means that the child has been removed from the home with parental permission as the parent no longer feels able to care for the child in the home but the parent/the person with parental responsibility still retains the right to make decisions regarding the child's welfare.
