Salary slips query
I work for a charity and am one of only 2 paid employees. The Treasurer is one of the volunteers and she has always dealt with our salary slips. For the first few years, all they would give us was a handwritten slip of paper with the amount being paid into the bank. I continually asked for a proper slip and eventually, they have started to produce them via the computer. However, they are never correct. Some months they dont tally with what is paid into the bank. Sometimes the amount of tax showing in the "year to date" column is just the monthly amount etc etc. I don't want to have a row with anyone as it's such a small organisation but does anyone know where I stand legally before I throw my rattle out of the pram?

I'm not sure if this will help, but scroll down to the section on wages & salaries, at very least they are guilty of bad practice - how can they reconcile their accounts if the figures printed on the payslips don't match the amounts paid?
Perhaps the CC could offer some advice?
