i feel myself and my partner are being harassed by the management company who look after our the day to day running of the property we rent. We have been at the property for around 3 or so months now, and things have reached a point where as we are having to move out in order to restore the peace in our lifes. We have received many slanderous emails and I dont feel that i we should take this lying down... I am wanting to take this further, as i believe there are laws against harassement. Please Advise.......

Have you asked them to stop? That would be your first port of call really, to talk to them
What are they doing that you consider is harrassment?
Are you talking about a residential property on an AST or a commercial lease?
the police aren't really interested in harassment although it is a crime, they usually saythat it is a civil matter and you would have to get an injunction out against the people that you say are harassing you.

If its a managing company, you may find this quite difficult and would have to convince a court that their actions amount to harassment with evidence in support of your claim.
