Why would you want to oppose it? I imagine it has been installed to stop people clocking in and out for others. If you get to work on time then I can't see a problem.
except smeone has your fingerprints?

im sure you'll have some rights somewhere....human rights would be a good place to start they seem to be able to do anything
I believe that Human Rights legislation only applies to public bodies.

What is different to having your fingerprint taken to verify your presence to using your signature? - both should ideally only be yours and a fingerprint is far more difficult to forge.
I really can't see the problem.

The only people that try and oppose this kind of thing are usually the ones that have something to hide - unless barryj18 can tell us otherwise...
Got to totally agree with Cheekychops here - I wish the civil liberty do-gooders would all set up their own country somewhere and take the sodding tree huggers with them too.

If you have nothing to hide, why worry? Cheekychops has hit it on the head with stopping people clocking in and out for other people.
