we had cavity wall insulation done, and they broke a vent in the bathroom and the outside light, the work was done on a grant from the local council, the vent and lamp was replaced and the contractor told to bring the forms back to be signed, they never came back and then the council tells us that my wife signed it on the day the work was carried out, this was no so so someone forged it, i know we are not out of pocket but this should not happen under any circumstances
i wanted helpful guidence not slagging off, if it was your signature they forged would you not be thinking what sort of employees this firm have brought to your house, surley we should have confidence in the staff that we let into our property, if we have to forge customers signatures to earn an "honest" living surley then YOU MAMJET should get into the real world, (how did you know i was a German)
