Easement for 'pass and repass'. What does this actually mean?
Our neighbour's house butts up to our boundary and there is a garden wall at one side. The neighbour now has planning permission to build a two storey extension at this point, which means on our boundary. He has access via an easement to an 80cm strip alongside the wall, but does this entitle him to use that strip for purposes of demolishing the wall and building his extension?
