House Boundaries...
5 Answers
hello there. I have recently moved into my first house with my boyfriend... in our garden down 1 side we only have a small wire fence, we are looking to replace this to a proper fence...but we are unsure on whether that fence is our boundary or not. On the house deeds the previous owner has put a question mark - so she obviously didnt know either! Is there any way of me finding out which is our boundary fence??
Thanks

Some properties have caveats that mean the wall on one side is their sole responsibility whereas others (like mine) the walls on both sides are joint owned.
