Smoking Ban - Query Regarding Exceptions
In our place of work (a club) we have candles on the tables, including some scented ones. When doing some tidying earlier I noticed we had some boxes of incense. I assume that there is no law saying you cannot have incense burning in a club (assuming it isn't a fire risk).
If so - my question regards herbal cigarettes. Since they are not nicotine based but herbal, and therefore actually probably better than incense, which may contain all sorts of chemicals, where would your legal rights and the law stand on the smoking of herbal cigarettes in a public place such as a bar or office?
By the way, i have no intention of doing so - it's purely a theoretical question.
