How can I check to see if someone has been issued with a valid licence after serving a DUI ban?

You could ask them to show it to you - if it is any of your business, of course.

You cannot make such a check yourself.

If you suspect the person in question has committed an offence you should report the matter to the police who will make the necessary enquiries.

i agree with new judge - if you're concerned someone is driving when they shouldn't be, shop 'em.

i think companies who are "fleet operators " .. have a facility which "scans " , driving licence to see if the licences are genuine ..whether this "scanner " also , shows whether a driver is still banned , i dont know ...... - - if its tyo drive a company vehicle . ask your insurance brokers .... if they can check the status of this driving lience,,

If you are an employer, and he or she drives for you, then you have a perfect right to demand to see it.

However your insurers might wish to know of his or her past.

It is in connection with a court order and the father is coming up with excuses and not bringing proof of the licence every time he has the child
