How do I take a Company to court

How do I take a Company to Court that I believe have mis sold me a contract. They are threatening me with legal action, I believe I was duped into signing for something and something was added to the contract after I signed.

you can take them to "couinty court " , for something like "misrepresentation " and / or "damages " , quitre easy , can be done over the internet , even , and any costs , and there will be to issue the form , can be done over the internet ....... or by post , or by going in person , to your nearest county court , .... search for your nearest County court , by looking in phone directory , or "google 2 , / "search engine procedure " ......
