Taxi touting.

As I said earlier, I suspect you have been watched and your fare paying passengers are enforcement officers.
Not that again mate ?.

Look, the british public and the police are sick of un-licenced taxi cabs on our streets.

You got caught.
Ethel is right ,,,,"but is it ethical for PLAIN CLOTHES police officers to act like normal fare paying punters ?? !! - there are no rules. or code of ettiquette ...... in there "division" ---- ( if you plead guilty , then "writtem evidence " only will be enough for prosecution .... if you PLEAD NOT GUILTY at the 1st hearing , they will arrange another , HEARING where , the witness , has to TURN UP and give - VERBAL EVIDENCE ...... witnesses dont like this generally cos , well who wants to hang around a Magistrates court ,,,,, unless it goes to CROWN COURT , sometimes when they have newly designated judges ,,,,,, some cases are refered to Crown Court , even if they are not seriou offences .. to give NEW JUDGES , some "match practice " .... and i will go to heaven via SOUTHALL , where 64 virgins will be waiting for me ... ten "the non beliver " !!!
