no tax/mot is it a criminal or civil offence
Hi there
Hoping someone can help
My partner before we met had a couple of driving offences ie, no tax, no mot.
to cut a long story short, the court have now instructed bailiffs to collect the debt. I have looked at the law regarding entry to my home, as my partner moved in with me. is the driving offences criminal or civil as this will depend on weather they can for entry or not.
hoping someone can answer this question urgently as bailiff are due
thanks for reading
