not receiving the goods

my daughter ordered some motor bike gloves from a firm called Fastbike bits based in wales these were ordered and paid for on 27th May despite loads of phone calls, e mails n faxes no gloves have been received. The couple of times I have spoken to someone I keep being told they are being resent out What else can I do to help here

Ask to speak to a manager. Normally if a company posts something and you don't get it they have to send out a form for you to sign to make Royal Mail aware that you have not received the good they claim to have sent.
