break times for shopworkers

my 16 yr old daughter has recently started working for a fashion store,can you please tell me what breaks she is entilted to if she works 9am -5.15pm, at the moment if the store is busy she gets 2x15 mins break and 30mins lunch,although in the company handbook it says she is entitled to 60mins lunch break and 2x15 mins break

all info you need here. I think a young worker is one below 18 years old so that would include your daughter. Looking at the regs she is getting more than they are required to give but worth raising this with her boss or hr person if it says different in her contract.
