Place of Work

My employers are having a meeting, so I have it feeling it may be hours cut or place being sold up. I have been there around 3years but have no contract. I want to be armed with various questions when the meeting arrives, has anyone any advice or sites I could look at. Thanks

You most certainly do have a contract - you just don't have one in writing.

Your employer is wrong not to have given you a written copy, but your rights are not adversely affected.

How many people are employed by the company?

It will really depend on what you want to know. For example, one of the questions could be "What will happen to the residents/" but i guess you dont particularly need to know the answert to that

WTF? all i asked for was more information!, like what sort of things do you want to know, what do you want to find out. and i get a torrent of foul mouthed abuse back! How YOU can call ME a nasty bit of work is beyond me!
