Baisically, while in transit i purchased a flight ticket from an airline's counter in Switzerland.
There was some mix-up where the gentleman making the booking made an error and cancelled my reservation he then charged me an additional 262CHF to get fly on the exact same flight. I was told to sort out the probelm at my destination but when i arrived there they couldn't assist and so this is now a long and drawn out process due to no error of my own.

Does anyone know my rights in regards to this problem.
I feel that as it was an error made by the member of staff that i should not need to be out of pocket for the entire week that has already passed. plus as i'm still on holiday you can imagine all the unnecessary stress it's causing.

i'd appriciate any asistance that can be offered :)
