If a person applies for a copy of a will, are the Executors or any other persons that a person is applying for a copy.

do you mean "are the Executors or any other persons informed that a person is applying for a copy"? If so, if you request it from the Probate Registry (�5.00 cheque to HMPG send to York Sub Probate Registry, Duncombe Place, York), then no, no one else is told. You will only be able to get a copy through this route if a Grant of Representation is taken out though.
