receipt for payment

Two weeks ago had autolocksmith to fix car key problem;paid �90 in cash and given a receipt showing only that this amount was paid.,with no details etc. I can claim this money back thru keycare but they need a bill showing company name,car details,date etc.I have phoned this man twice and each time he says he will send correct bill bu he hasnt and probably wont..Is there anything else i can do to get him to give me a correct bill as need my money back? Thanks
