can anybody tell me wat were the latest cases dat used the bolam test principal n also d cases that departed from it? n can anybody provide me feedback bout d relevancy of it today in the uk.

lol. sorry guys, i'm just too used to abbreviating when i'm typing, unless it's an assignment. this is proof that i'm not a retard! :)

and yes i know what the bolam test is... the reasonable standard of care test for skilled professionals, mainly doctors, in negligence cases.
