The judge has asked for a psyciatrist report before custodial sentance because of issues reported in the probation report.

What would prevent a custodial sentance in the psyciatrist report. How many would you need 1 or 2 seperate reports.

Also if all the evidence was not submitted at the trial, but still got convicted, can you still send the new evidence to the judge before sentance, or do you have to wait until you are sentanced before you appeal against the conviction.
