in response to an advertisement looking for food supplier in a restaurant in Putrajaya, Lana wrote a letter to Don, the restaurant owner, proposing to supply him rice in a certain amount for one full year. She sent the letter on June 1,2009.On 4 June 2009, Don received the letter and sent an acceptance letter the next day. After three days he wanted to change his mind and came to see you to ask whether the contract has been conclude and whether he still can revoke his acceptance.Advise Don.

and what would you advise Don?
It depends what country Putridjaya is in and what contract law is there.

In the UK the contract is formed when the acceptance letter is posted so Don could not revoke without Lana's agreement
I'd advise him to do his own homework, Sara. Or make a better job of asking the question, so we can't spot it.
I've been in that restaurant - nice starters, shame about the mains....
Adams v Lindsell
3.50 for one popadum - robbery!
Given that Putrajaya is in Malaysia, Malaysian law would apply. If I were to be cynical, I may suggest that whoever is best connected would win.

I vaguely recall under UK law that an acceptance is binding when it is posted, but don't rely on my failing memory for your homework as you may end up a street sweeper
