Threatning.

Hey, basically..
I was walking along my local housing scheme.
and these two I dunno..9-11 year olds threw some stuff at me, water baloons, a stone..etc.
Keeping in mind im a typical teenager who dresses a little different.
Anyway, i was on the phone to my girlfriend
and I looked at one of them, because i wasnt sure what they were away to do.
and i said to my girlfriend "if they were a couple of years older, i'd turn around and cut theyre baws off" baws meaning testicles. haha,
and one of them turned around and said "im telling my mum and we're getting the police on you!"

and im fifteen, under the jailin' age.
but still, im worried as hell.

Can I get jailed/fined/whatever for this?
