company infomation
Is there a way to find out if a director in a company has any bad history?
I've been asked to go into a business deal but there is something about the main guy that puts me off. I doubt i'll go ahead but just wondered if there was a way to get more details. i have googled him but apart from coming across as arrogant theres nothing dodgy (or so it would seem!)
Thanks

Chris, thankyou so much.
On checking your last link, it would appear he's not filed any accounts for 2 yrs and is listed as being overdue.
Just after i posted this i got a call fromm one of his commercial tenants who knew i'd been approached. He's asked her to sign a contract for 15yrs! When she pointed out she was only 5 yrs away from retirement he tried to reassure her by saying it was'nt something she'd be tied into, it was only to prove to the bank that that he had regular rental incoming, She also told me that 3 residential properties he devoloped have been repossed so i'm glad i listened to my gut and equally glad you gave me the resouces to look fatrher into it. Thanks again
