i have had a ph badge for the last 3 years with a full medical and crb check yet when i applied for a hackney badge i was told i had to have another medical and crb check . WHY ? could someone please explain why .Thanks in advance

Hiya, Its just something they do im afraid, I know someone who has gone from hackney to private, they had to do the same. Are you going to a different district?

It also means the CRB check will be more up to date.
I had 4 CRB checks done in 12 months for different organisations at work and in community activities
