refunds on faulty goods
If I return something faulty to a supplier, are they obliged to cover the my postage costs?

Terms and conditions are your key - note that even if a company trades in the UK and are bound by UK law, sometimes the terms and conditions have to be agreed to before a sale and may be subject to the law of another jurisdiction (in our case the laws a particular US State as that's where head office is)

If you bought the goods online, ALL costs should be refunded.
